Integrative medicine leadership

Nervous system Rehabilitation & Clinical Education

I am a seasoned mind-body medicine and integrative health leader with over 16 years of experience working within healthcare systems, rehabilitation programs, and interdisciplinary clinical teams. My work focuses on integrating evidence-informed mind-body approaches into medical care, particularly in the areas of chronic pain, trauma, nervous system regulation, grief, and meaning-centered care.

I specialize in helping organizations translate neuroscience, behavioral medicine, and contemplative practices into scalable, clinically relevant programs that support both patient outcomes and clinician wellbeing.

I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area and work remotely and in hybrid settings with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and mission-driven medical companies.

Let’s Connect

I welcome conversations with hospital systems, medical organizations, nonprofits, and healthcare leaders interested in:

  • Clinical leadership roles

  • Program development and integration

  • Clinician education initiatives

  • Strategic consulting around integrative and mind-body care

Connect to discuss clinical roles, leadership partnerships, or organizational consulting.

“Dena Saedi is quite skilled in helping people with persistent pain engage in self-directed neuro-rehabilitative strategies. As the medical director of an interdisciplinary pain clinic, I appreciate both the complexity of persistent pain and the importance of a high-functioning team who all ‘play from the same sheet of music. I have known Dena for many years, and I routinely hear from these patients that she is able to reach them in ways that others in the traditional medical community haven't been able to.”
